Bond measures ensure campus overhaul remains under budget

New LED lights have been installed in parking lots at Contra Costa College along the recently paved street near the Student Services Center to increase security for students and save energy and money for the campus. The lights cost approximately $64,000.

The foundation for the new Campus Center and the three-story classroom building will rise in the area soon, but are not due for completion until fall 2016. Students are forced to use alternate footpaths around the site to navigate the campus.
