Oiler team delivers high quality soccer season

The Richmond High School Oilers hold up the Tri-County Athletic League Champion- ship banner after beating Pinole Valley High School at De Anza High School’s soccer field on Feb. 8. Richmond’s win qualified them to play in the North Coast Section tournament.
