Dancers for DJ Carlitos at the Latin Stage perform for the audience during the 6th annual Oakland Pride and Parade Festival at 20th Street and Broadway on Sunday. The festival increases awareness of many of the social and political issues affecting the transgender, gender non-conforming, and gender-queer communities.
